Jess is a rare breed of volunteer. All you have to do is ask, and her answer is always, “Yes!” She has helped MSU-Great Falls’ Campus Corps in every Service Saturday and opens our campus food pantry three times a week. On top of that she also volunteers at St. Vincent De Paul’s food bank as well as at a church soup kitchen.
Jess thinks that Campus Corps has been very rewarding, “I’ve met so many people that like to help out. It restored my faith in humanity. At a food bank, one client came in and said he could only take cans with pull top openers, because he didn’t have a regular can opener. Another of the volunteers threw in the pantries own can opener. It was very cool.”
Jess is an outstanding member of Campus Corps, and well worthy of being called a Rock Star!'
