Calling our Youth to Take Action!

This weekend all over the globe, people will be mobilizing our youth to participate in community service and service learning initiatives. Here in Montana, our member campuses have organized service projects that partner college student volunteers with local youth to foster the development of a sense of civic engagement in our future generations.

Some interesting facts about Global Youth Service Day:
  • Global Youth Service Day (GYSD) is the largest and longest running service event in the world
  • GYSD is celebrated in more than 100 countries
  • GYSD is organized by Youth Serve America and its Global Youth Service Network
  • For the second consecutive year, First Lady Michelle Obama is the Honorary Chair of GYSD

Check out what our member campuses have going on to celebrate this National Day of Service!
